Welcome to the Rock Springs, WY, office of Thomas E. Spicer, M.D., a board-certified plastic surgeon proudly serving patients in southwestern Wyoming. Dr. Spicer performs both types of plastic surgery: cosmetic and reconstructive. His cosmetic specialties are breast augmentation (breast enlargement), liposuction, facial cosmetic surgeries, such as facelifts, and skin treatments. His reconstructive specialties include hand surgery and reconstructive surgery to repair damage from skin cancer and skin cancer surgery. Our office even has its own surgical suite for your convenience and privacy.
